Zwift will be performing required maintenance for our Subscription Services on Feb 23, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM UTC that may cause users additional latency in fulfillment of subscription related actions. However, affected users should not see an error due to this latency. During this time if you had a lapsed account and are re-subscribing you may not be able to immediately ride in-game but it will resolve itself as our work continues in an expected 10-15 minute window.
